It takes an average of 3-5 business days for your order to be completed and shipped.

■For pre-order or backordered products :

If your order includes pre-order or back-order items, the in-stock items will be shipped immediately, and the pre-order or back-order items will be shipped as soon as they become available. If you would like to have pre-ordered or backordered items shipped together, please contact us in advance after placing your order, and we will be able to accommodate your request.

Order tracking :

Basically, all packages will be shipped using a tracking method. If you would like to check the transportation status of your package, please access the dedicated tracking site. Sometimes it can take 1-3 business days for tracking information to appear.

If the address is incorrect :

Please carefully check that the shipping address you entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, so it may take some time to reconcile an incorrect shipping address. Please note that if the package has already been shipped, all shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Regarding returns and exchanges:

If you order from the Hananoma original online shop, you will be responsible for all shipping costs for returning the product to us. Please see our refund policy for details on how to return your item.

Lost/stolen luggage :

Hananoma original is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If the tracking information says your package was delivered to your address, but you haven't received it yet, please report and contact the carrier using the information provided on the tracking site.
