In case of lump-sum payment

  • Invoices will be issued on the 1st of the following month for the final billing amount at the end of each month, and will be notified by email or SMS (short message) by the 3rd.
  • Payment methods are convenience store payment (convenience store terminal), bank transfer, and account transfer.
  • The payment deadline is the 10th for convenience store payments and bank transfers. In the case of bank transfer, the amount will be deducted on the 12th. However, it may be the 20th in January and May.
  • Depending on the payment method, a fee will be charged for each monthly payment (billing). If paying at a convenience store, you will be responsible for 356 yen (tax included); if paying by bank transfer, you will be responsible for the transfer fee. In case of bank transfer, no payment fee will be charged.

  In case of installment payment

  • Payment will be made from the month after the month following the date of application (use).
  • Please check your payment statement on MyPaidy or on your monthly bill.


  Product delivery time

We will generally ship within one week after receiving your order. (If the actual item is available)

  Cancellation / return/exchange

After placing your order, we will automatically process your order, so in principle we cannot accept cancellations.

You can only cancel your order if it has not yet been arranged.

Returns and exchanges are possible within 5 days of receiving the product.

Return policy

・As a general rule, only unused items (try-on indoors only) are accepted.

-Limited to within 5 days after receiving the product.

We may not be able to accept returns in the following cases. Please note.

・If the product has signs of use (dirt, deposits from trying on the product, etc.)

・If there are no accessories (bijou, parts, etc.) when the product is delivered

・If the product is returned without prior inquiry.

・Products whose return deadline has passed

If you would like to return an item, please contact us from the official email address.

Please note that the customer is responsible for the shipping costs for returns and exchanges.

However, in the following cases, we cannot accept returns even within the deadline.
・Products that have been delivered for more than 5 days ・Products that have been soiled or damaged due to customer negligence ・Products that have been processed or customized by the customer ・Products that have been repaired or resized ・Product tags, Items with detached or missing accessories

 If there is a problem with the delivered product, such as a defective or different product, we will respond by returning the product or exchanging the product.

Please apply for a return or exchange using your official email address, along with your order number and a photo of the item in question.

Once we have received your application, we will provide you with instructions on how to return or exchange your item. However, please note that we may not be able to accept returns or exchanges if any of the following apply.
