How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery time = processing time + shipping time
Estimated delivery dates are based on several factors, including the delivery address and how quickly the item can be assembled and ready for shipment.
For example, if you order a mini washing machine, it will take 1-3 business days to process, then 7-14 business days to ship. Therefore, you can expect delivery within 8 to 17 business days.
Please note that orders may be delayed due to the effects of the new coronavirus infection (COVID-19). Our small team has taken special measures to ensure your safety during these times, and at this time shipping lead times may take up to 7 business days. We process and ship all orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that it may take up to 48-72 hours for tracking information to be updated on the carrier's tracking website.
