Returns and exchanges are possible within 5 days of receiving the product.

Return policy

・As a general rule, only unused items (try-on indoors only) are accepted.

-Limited to within 5 days after receiving the product.

We may not be able to accept returns in the following cases. Please note.

・If the product has signs of use (dirt, deposits from trying on the item, etc.)

・If there are no accessories (bijou, parts, etc.) when the product is delivered

・If the product is returned without prior inquiry.

・Products whose return deadline has passed

■Return deadline

Within 5 days after receiving the product.

If you would like to return an item, please contact us from the official email address.

Please note that the customer is responsible for the shipping costs for returns and exchanges.

However, in the following cases, we cannot accept returns even within the deadline.
・Products that have been delivered for more than 5 days ・Products that have been soiled or damaged due to the customer's negligence ・Products that have been processed or customized by the customer ・Products that have been repaired, resized, etc. ・Product tags, Items with detached or missing accessories

If there is a problem with the delivered product, such as a defective or different product, we will respond by returning the product or exchanging the product.

Please apply for a return or exchange using your official email address, along with your order number and a photo of the item in question.

Once we have received your application, we will provide you with instructions on how to return or exchange your item. However, please note that we may not be able to accept returns or exchanges if any of the following apply.

Please note that shipping costs for returns and exchanges will be borne by us.

・If an application for return or exchange is not received within 5 days after the product arrives at the customer's location.

・If the product shows signs of use, damage, or stains

・If product tags or accessories are lost

・When it is determined that the product is within the range of individual differences
